7. Premium Features and Subscriptions
The App may offer premium features or subscriptions for purchase. If you choose to purchase premium features:
- Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings
- Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription
8. Third-Party Services
The App may integrate with third-party services such as Apple iCloud. Your use of such services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party services.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
We do not guarantee the accuracy of countdown calculations or notifications. You should not rely solely on the App for time-critical events.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM:
- Your use or inability to use the App
- Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein
- Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code that may be transmitted through the App
- Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of your use of any content made available through the App
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless us and our officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
12. Modifications to the App and Terms
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
13. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your license to use the App will immediately cease.
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
15. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect.
